On March 16, I agreed to pay the sum of 5,409.94 as payment for (18) 'Keep Sake Low 'e' Tempered Bronze' windows in the dimensions 35" x 69.5". The amount was paid in full on March 29. Wholesale quoted, both in the sales pitch and at time of sale, a delivery time of four to six weeks, i.E., four to six weeks from March 16. To date, the windows have not been delivered despite clients repeated demands. It has been over eight months. Dan Thomsen and Wholesale Window Club will not return phone calls or answer the phone for that matter. I have contunuously attempted to get a refund and they absolutely refuse. I even had my lawyer draw up a contract requesting a refund by August 14th at the very latest if windows were not delivered. They still refuse to give me my money back. This has happened to other people too. They have written complaints on the internet. This company is a total fraud. I even contacted the manufacturers of the window, Silverline and they said they have no idea if my order was even placed. Dan Thomsen refused to give me an order number or anything so I could try to get a refund directly from the manufacturer, who he claims has my money. Please help me stop this unfair and complete fraud of a business.
