Southern Home Builder's sold my wife & i a brand new house 1 year ago with a 1 year warranty on it and the warranty would have expired on oct. however we have had several problem's with this house and it has taken 6 -months to get our front door repaired and half a* fixed. We have had elctrical problem's for a year and have filed several complaint's with there office and vice pres. Jeff and they have not even tryed to repair or fix. Now the warranty has expired he (jeff) told me on the phone your out of warranty and your f*cked because it is your problem not mine.
We are not doing anything, well d*mn you ain't even tryed to even check the problems. The problems are ther is several/all electricall outlet's you cannot plug stuff into and when you do they throw shock's of electricity out and they almost shock us, and 2 there are several that blow the breaker's in the panel box all the time and you have to wait to reset and you can plug into other outlets and they work fine so there seem's to be a short and it is very dangerous, our daughter has already almost gotten shocked by the badd work that they southern home builder's and manning electrical has done in the house. We do not know how this house passed the county inspection!
I would not buy a house from southern home builder's there craftsmanship is the sh*ttiest i have ever seen and they will not try to stand behind there work/warranty!!! Very sh*tty company!!! As well so is the electrical company r. Manning electrical company off blue clay rd they do sh*tty work as well and bob the owner is just as f*cking dumb as they come, i have no idea how he got a license to do work, what a f*cking joke!!!
