Paid this man in advance (my mistake) to perform an inspection of a problem at my house and draft up a report with his findings. He agreed, took the money and I have never heard from him since. Despite repeated calls.
He is supposedly, a state certified property inspector (#377). His company name is The Inspection Connection, Inc. His web site exists but has no functionality other than to refer you to his email address. He's one of those "real nice guys" when you meet him so beware.
