This Loan is my parents loan that they have had for years it has gone no where they continue to charge insurance on the account when they have their own insurance, as well as late fee please help

My parents have this loan & I take care of their loan payment, they have had this loan for several years & seems to go no where! They will not work with their customers at all they add insurance on the account when we have our own then its an act of congress to get credited back. Looking at the intenet there have been several people with the same problems not only do the they add insurance with no approval they charge late charges when were current.
