We bought a sectional set from American Freight. We measured our doors and the furniture, we have had plenty of things delivered before withno problems. The Movers, We Move You, made us sign a waiver that they would not be responsible for any damage to any of our property. They ripped the upholstery and the vinyl also and it took them all afternoon. Now, it is only 3 weeks old and the seams are ripping. When I called American Freight, they just told me I signed a waiver, and to have a good day.
