On feb. 16th of we had an house fire, a grease fire, mr paul rester of rester's claim service, llc came to our home to inspect the fire damage, he stated he would take care of every thing, not to worry and did we no of a cleaning service we said no.
So he pulled steamatic card out of his pocket and asked if we mind if he called them we trusted him enough to do the right thing, he called and they came out, and we sigh a work access and authorization form. Givint them the right to come in and do the work paul stated they had work for him before, emergency restoration, well to no avail the work was not done, the workers were told to use, water and lin air to clean this was a grease fire, that did not clean anything, if you go on line they state they show you before and after fire damage shots, well in my home the before remain the same, they stated
they clean and organize before the contractors come well the con tractor and his staff came and we had to do the work, we told mr rester this and berry the manager of steamatic i gave him a white glove for him to go over everything he would not put it on because he could see the work was not done but he wanted to be paid any way every thing was full of greases soot the floors etc
they blew something in the attic to clean up there well they took my unit apart and did not put it back together, the air condition man, david stated he told mr. Rester the ajuster the work was not done to no avail, this is going to cost us 1950.00 to undo the mess in the attic, they want us to pay them 3,000.00
As a settlement for doing nothing but sweep the middle of the floor, we kept asking them for a contract we never got one the ajuster knew they did not do the work and the insurarance company knew, paul rester and one of the owners, told me why are worried about the payments it's not coming out of your pockets, we can charge what we want.
I send the money back to the inc. With pictures they, send it back to me, paul rester the ajuster stated he was going to get paid regardless, no matter
what, paul took pictures of everything the contractors did and walked over the poor workmanship of steamatic, i asked him if he saw he said yes and stated you did not have to take them, paul was hired by my insurance to over see the work and make sure it was done fairly and honestly this was nit done every move i make where steamatic was concern he called them and let them
know he was clearly no help to us,
He gave us a hard time all the way, with a smile, the workers were told not to tell what they were told to use, but they called anyway and told me they were not going to lie for them anymore because this was not the first time they messed up people houses, they wanted 2990.41 for struture, and 199041 for contents we had offered them 1500.00 to get them off our backs they said ok, because they never told us about the 1990.41 for contents they never send us any paper work, they send it to the ins, thinking they were going to get the check in thier name because paul always sigh and mail the checks they all kept saying paul always take care of everything
paul kept calling the contractor and the electric person asking if they wanted to sigh a paper turning everything over to him to pay them told him no, jeff johnson a manager from steamatic every time my husband asked for a contract, always stated paul handles everything, paul was the key to every thing and he made sure he covered his but but made excuses and alibis to justific steamatic wrong doi,
He never check the attic properly he held the camera up in the air in the dark and just flashed one time and walked away, he walked over the sooted, contents etc, with takin a second look but the contractors work

My back he would take pictures but i could see him ou the corner of my eye he never would show up when steamatic was here. On oct 16th a friend of mind in texas house cought a fire guess who was called to do the work steamatic guess what the same thing happen, the only thing they did was organize her closets and they left the soot in there, plus mop the middle of the floor did not move anything to cean when her ajuster came, he canceled steamatic contract, at lease he was a honest one
steamatic, staff is white, my contractor was black and we are black i think you have your answer, they are a phony company, that use 's insurance, for big bucks because they know all the ins. Companies do not have the time to care they just wan to make it go away. Besides as they it's not your money why worry we pay higher taxes, then you plus mr. Rockbottom the ower, of this steamatic he has no time to listen to you he is a busy man. Steamatic use insurance to make money they could care less if the work was done thank you
