Ward Fendley Premier Windows
Lynn Fendley Paid $1895 down payment for windows that were never delivered or installed. Never received refund

I ordered windows from Premier Home Improvement, owned by Ward Fendley. I paid $1895 for down payment whe they came to measure my windows. I never received the windows. His sister, Lynn Fendley said that they had problems with the window order and that they would refund my deposit money. Their phones, cell and office, have since been disconnected. The office at 901 Butler Drive is now empty.
