We need your help. We had a roof put on December and was left with a ripple in the middle of the roof we asked the roofing co about it and they said it would go down in the spring due to the glue needs to set in the sun. So come spring time it never set and we called them numerous times and never got anywhere with them so this past month we contacted the better business bureau and they could not get in touch with them so we met with a lawyer and here he found oud this roofing co in 1996 did a bad roof job for a apartment building and the tried to take him to court and the roof co. Filed for bankruptcy so our lawyer said he is a bum and we will no get anywhere with him. So as of today we are stuck, what do we do? Plus our chilrens rooms are now starting to have black mold on my sons ceiling and my daughters bottom walls is also getting mold on them. The gutter job they did was also bad, our utility room is leaking, and last our attic is damp and the wood is starting to get wet and our christmas decorations that we brought down this past year were damp and the boxes were damp. Please help us!!!
