Sept 6- service guy comes in to diagnose. On Ticket: "Found both top catches on both FF doors broke. Ordered parts." Charges upfront: $203.28 for labor and tax; $67.10 for parts. Total $270.38. Service guy told us that this was paid in full upfront. We paid by check.
Parts ordered;received TWICE.
Third visit: October 5 (A month later and after many, many calls and promises)
Third guy comes and says we owe $119.00 for labor today.

So, if you do the math, you owe us about $70 because we had paid $188.00 for labor upfront already. But, now we are in dispute for the $119.00 from yesterday.

I have called; I was told twice we would not get charged additionally; I have wasted hours and hours with your folks in the complaint dept and I still have gotten NOTHING. Just this morning, I called again, and nothing has happened. I have yet to receive the promised email.

I have ALL the receipts. I am very disappointed with the service. Let's put it this way, if we have to pay about $400 for a simple gasket repair then I should buy a new fridge but not from SEARS ever again.
And, the above is just a summary of what has transpired. I could write a book. Dealing with your repair service is one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. I should have known better.
