My main complaint is that I could not get any technical support. The thing kept beeping and I could not delete the beep option. I called technical support and after listening to a recording saying everyone is busy repeatedly it told me to leave my name and telephone number, but no-one called back. I finally just pulled the power plug.
I am really sorry that I bought this thing and would advise the reader to look to another company if you want home security. This thing is an aggravation and a waste.
