Superior Pools of West Chester Ohio, not Superior at all!

My Husband and I used Superior Pools of West Chester (Nate Brickner owner and person we dealt with from the get go) to install a 30 x 14 gemini shaped pool. Signed contract 3/16, paid deposit. Ran into permit problems because they have not dealt with hamilton county previously, or so Nate says. Needed elevation on the plans, which for some reason took 1 1/2 months to get right. Looking online via Hamilton countys permit tracking site the cause was due to lack of detail on permit application, which lead to the permit needing to be resubmitted more than once and delay after delay.

Finally digging took place 5/30. But not with out its delays!!! That took one day then the project came to another halt. What ever reason poor management, lack of communication (which was constant through out the whole project!).
