On 6/11 I selected material & ordered 4 kitchen chair cushions which I paid in full ($300). Paul advise it would be 10 days for the material to arrive. He would call me to bring in the cushion plywood templates when it arrived.
It is now the end of September & I still do not have my cushions. I have have made numerous calls to Paul & he either doesn't answer or says he'll call back in 5 mins which he never does. A month ago I requested my money back & he advised me he would give it to me but I haven't seen it yet. I even went to his new shop & listened to him con me. This man is SICK!
I just want my money back. This man is a thief and should be put out of business.
He has an "F" rating with the BBB. Sorry I didn't check there before I entered into this transaction.
