Same thing happened to me just today. Yesterday evening I submitted a "quick simple" quote request form online thinking I would get a QUOTE after submitting dimensions and options.instead a sales representative called me this afternoon and proceeded to Bull sh*t me for over 40 minutes about a great offer I could get in on because a branch was closing in Denver, he wanted me to commit to a 25% deposit before he could talk to the managers at the branch.
I proceeded to remind him I simply wanted a budgetary estimate or ballpark because I was in the preliminary stages of the project. Needless to say, after an hour of going back and forth listening to the exact same crap excusses mentioned in the other post on this site, I never recieved a quote and the rep finally hung up on me. They have called back twice so far, I do not intend to answer and I imagine this will continue. I'm sorry I ever filled out the form on thier website.
