We had lost our previous restaurant building in a fire. So we found Nu—Span Steel Buildings on line also known as former steerling steel buildings. We met with Randy DeVaney, the guy seemed real down to earth and trust worthy, we entered into a building purchase agreement and remit a check for $25,000.00 to Mr. DeVaney. 8 long months later we still have no building, nor do we have a concrete foundation erected, in which we hired him to also do, He has not delivered the 40 x 70 steel building nor has he performed any of the work, He has refused to refund us our money and will not contact us. We have lost our business... 8 months with no new structure... Is 8 months of no income. Do Not Trust this man or his company.
