Beware. You will be let down by this unethical company.
My rating would be a zero if there was a way to do that. This is a company that does not show up as promised. When the do finally show up late at night when your kids are in bed, they look for any excuse to do the minimal work possible.
And if it's on a Friday night, they then refuse to help you over the weekend.
Worst possible customer experience in a long time from Candice today on the phone. She will literally hang up on you — or blindly transfer you to someone's voicemail rather than assist you.
If you are a new customer, who will create new revenue on a Saturday, they'll be happy to help you. But if you are an existing customer who needs them to follow through on their commitments to you, you aren't important enough to help on the weekend — even if you have no air conditioning in the middle of the summer. They'll make it clear they don't care and you just have to stick your thumb up your a&! Until Monday and wait for them to "get back to you." But had they arrived on Friday afternoon as promised, they could have done the work as they should.
Stay away from this company at all costs. They are not honest, and have horrible customer service.
