If you like rude, unhelpful, and condescending customer service, then this is the company for you! This company is great at taking your money with the promise of great customer service however when you call you'll get someone like Linda who was more interested in telling you how she could not help than to actually try to help. I do not trust this company. I ordered parts from their online catalog that the rep (Linda) said wasn't in their catalog. This put up a red flag and I didn't feel that I was dealing with a reputable company. I'll be checking my charges very carefully as I requested an immediate refund.
