I would like to inform all consumer in the usa. Do not order from new mexico catalog! September! 15th 2007 I ordered 20 lbs. Of roasted and frozen green chiles. They said about 3 weeks. One month led to two months. And so on. Linda assured me they were coming soon. Linda had them shipped finally Dec. 6th. 5 days later mailman shows up with leaking bag. Obviously a hazard to the postal service!
I refused them and called Linda immediately! And so did my postmaster and mailman. Linda told me it was the post office at fault! I assured her she was mistaken and that i had paid $36 for shiping 2 day mail linda ships priority mail. Sooo after going back and forth I asked for my money back and her words were We cant do that. I was floored!!! She said she would ship again..
Its now Feb. 1.. Two months later still no chiles. Though suppose to be shipping today??? I am also filing with the bbb someone has to help the consumer!!! So as of right now Im out $153 and green chiles!!!
