Watch out for these characters. They were put out of business by a judge in PA and continue to do business under other business names most recently Top Dog Pools. They are dishonest men who think nothing of cheating hardworking people out of their money. Not only did they rip us off but the contractors that they hired all came back to us with bills that they either did not pay or used checks from one of their closed businesses which of course bounced.
Forget about saving a few dollars... You will save yourself money and hassle in the long run if you go with someone reputable.
