My 16 year old son received his Samsung Gallaxy S II on Saturday, July 21. Two hours later while siting in the passager seat of his aunts car, the phone's screen cracked in his hand. This could have harmed his hand with the glass, and the phone was so hot. This was a scary situation because it the outcome could have been worst. T-Mobile will not take respsoniblity for this and is now referring me to Samsung. I have not paid for the phone yet which is about $270 now I have to pay $130 to the insurance company. I do not think I should have to pay this and Samsung should stand behind their product. I have since read so many complaints of this happening with this phone.
