I purchased a policy from Statewide Home Warranty and attempted, this week, to obtain repair service for the first time for the A/C unit. I've called multiple times and e-mailed, but cannot seem to get a follow up from the company to get a repair man out to the house. After a day of calling about every hour, I finally got a call at the end of the day notifying me that a repair company had been contacted. However, the company they called did not service the area and after that, no follow up was done. The house has been without A/C for 5 days now and I've called every day, multiple times a day. I would give a service rating of F for this company.
