I went to firestone on june 4th because my car kept shutting off and it was jerking, they estimated that it would cost me 1,500, 00 to fix everything that is recommended to have my car run smoothly, they even gave me a 12 month guarantee but now here it is July 14 and I have already been back to them 4 times. On my 4th visit to them, I mentioned that my car was still shutting off and i was told by the worker who wrote down all of my car symptoms that I never ever told him about my car ever shutting off. He argued with me the whole time and even said to me that I was lieing. I was humiliated and embarrassed by how this grown man would talk to a women and belittle her. To make a long story short, I found my receipt, and on it was the symptoms and diagnosis of my car dated june 4 and it read { ENGINE TURNS OVER, IGNITION WON'T START} the failed to keep a record of my car symptoms and made me out to be a lier, but thank god i have it on the receipt. I took the receipt to them hoping for an apology, but instead, they gave me the cold shoulder and and a closed door in my face. Is there action because i'm a woman? I will never go to firestone again to service my car. Big company but huge rip-offf
