We had flood damage from a burst pipe in the lower level of our house and our experience with ServPro was terrible. Whether it was the representatives at their office or the Project Manager, no one could clearly address our questions as to what comes next in the clean-up and repair process. When the Project Manager finally did come to our residence which was 4 days after he had initially said he would, he complained to us that he had to pull his men off of another job in order to help. As we asked very basic questions about how this process works and what needs to be done (we have never experienced flood damage before and do not know how this all works), he proceeded to raise his voice and said that he was getting "aggravated" with us because he had to repeat himself so many times. We responded by firing them, telling him to get off of our property and enlisting the help of a very reputable restoration company who is currently doing a spectacular job.
Due to their inefficiency, disorganization, incompentence and lack of basic manners not to mention absence of basic customer service skills, I would strongly advise anyone who has an emergency in their home to seek the assistance of another company besides ServPro.
