This company had overcharged us for one piece of furniture purchased, one day the price was 599 the next day it was 799 and the company claimed it was 799 the whole time. When approached the reps would get rude and offensive, in an unprofessional manner. The reps would be in the middle of discussing non-bussiness related matters while we were waiting to be served, and when client came up of different race they would proceed to help them.
We were told and explained our furniture would be in on a specific date, only part of the order came in, them we were told the following week when returning to pick it up, when coming from out of town we called the day before to make sure it was in then when driving all the way down to pick it up the reps stated it still had not come in. All furniture was paid in full 3 weeks prior, when asking for a refund management was uncooperative, not willing to work out anything for the inconvienence. Each time approaching different workers in a calm manner wortkers would be short and rude and defensive, brushing us off to other workers that would give us the cold shoulder.
Before purchasing furniture we were treated like normal human beings, but once giving them our money over $3000.00 in full they treated us as if they were doning us a favor. When approaching them about taking our bussiness elsewhere they would not refund us 1 cent. Now that is down right bad business.
