But a return call would have been nice

I called this guys regarding some fascia and soffit work that I need to
have done. He promptly returned the call, came out and looked at the
job and gave me a verbal estimate. He was very pleasant and spent a
good amount of time explaining what needed to be done. I asked him to
put the bid in writing and send/email it to me along with a couple of
references and when he would be available to do the job. That was the
last I heard from him. I never received the bid. I called a couple of
times and left messages but have not gotten a return call. Maybe he has
too much work, obviously he didn't want the job, but a return call
would have been nice.
