I called First Coast Fencing for an estimate. A gentleman named Breck came to my house gave me an estimate. Said he would mail a written estimate and I gave a deposit for $650.00 with a check. I was told it would be a couple of weeks before work could be done. I have tried to reach the owner of the company several times. I have left several messages and e-mail. He never returned my call. Breck has called stating he spoke with Mike to get my refund. I have contacted the State Attorney to file a complaint. I want him to pay the people he has ripped off!!
