They made me pay for breaks they took, which I was previously assured would not happen. They damaged furniture and refused to have it fixed, they said they'd come fix it themselves but they are suppose to be professional movers and since they were completely incompetent at that I did not want them damaging my furniture any further. The movers were rude, using profanity around small children and smoking around them as well. Several calls and emails to the owner has gotten me nowhere. He was dishonest and deceitful and none of it mattered after he got his check. Worst experience I've ever had with any company, completely disappointed.
