About 10 days ago, i registered at ownerwiz website as i would like to rent a 4 bedroom house. It charged me $1.00 to access the data. It asked me if i would like to receive a forclosure listings for $0.99 more. I agreed. Few days later, my credit card was charged a total of $1.99.
In the meantime, their system kept instruct me to run my credit. My plan was to find the house that i wanted to rent, then i probably will let them run my credit. Unfortunately, without running my credit, their website will not allow me to see any further houses for rent (or rent to own).
In the meantime, i keep waiting for the forclosure listings that i paid for. It's almost 2 weeks passed. So i called them at area code: (678) 280-9141. A lady answered. She said are you vic? I said yes, i said i paid for my foreclosure listings, but i never receive it and she replied "this is ownerwiz... Rent to own". She asked me if i wanted to rent to own? I said not anymore... But i wanted to... Then she just hanged up on me. I called back right away... No one answer... The music kept looping... For more than 10 minutes... But no one talk to me... Music kept playing... Then it told me the person i'm calling is busy, leave a message!" don't be scam by them like me.
