We did a last minute project for this company because their other installer had walked off the job. We helped save their deadline on the project. We were very clear about when we needed to be paid for the work, which was upon completion. The owner (Jeff) said he had to leave that day and left us with a check for 50%. He stated to call him the following day to meet up for our payment. I was not able to get in touch with him, and eventually was given the runaround for 2 months.
Eventually, he got tired of me calling and cursed me out. They were very satisfied with our work and even emailed saying that had another project at their sisters home for us. They just didn't have the money when it was time to pay. Very unprofessional business I would say very far away from these guys.
