Welcome to the Screwed by Samsung Club. Read my complaint. All I can do now is warn other users about this company and their defective televisions. I plan to review their products on Amazon and direct potential buyers to this website. No one should be treated like Samsung treats their customers. They need to take a page out of Amazon's book. They treat their customers like GOLD. They realize that by saving one customer with good treatment, they gain two or three new ones. Samsung fails to realize that if they lose one customer through mialtreatment, they probably lose 5 more because of word of mouth from their unhappy customers. Just think if they had treated us fairly, they would have gained two customers that would have purchased their televisions and other products for many years to come. They are so shortsighted!
