LCD tv is only four months old and dead. Run around from customer service

My LCD HDTV died. It was a Christmas gift from my father which makes it less than five months old. I spent all day going back and forth with so called customer service yesterday. I have to ship it in or take it in to the store because it is 32 inches. The problem is that at this time I have a broken toe and cannot walk well enough to take in to be shipped or to take it into the store. I live on the second floor with steep steps. I cannot tell you how disgusting I am with hearing scripted replies from your associates. What would happen if I had MS and was in a wheelchair. I just could not get my tv fixed??? I have spoken to your local authorized dealers who said they could have come out yesterday with your permission. Simple fixed. You have now lost a customer. I have never owned a Samsung product before and I never will before. My sister was just about to buy the exact same model for her three kids in college. You cannot imagine how fast I got on that phone and told her DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG. She is buying a Sanyo. A Google search returned over 1 million hits on your poor products and even worse customer service. Add me to the list. You treat your customers like adversaries. Three class actions suites, being taken to tasks by consumer reporters and advocates has not been enough for you to change your treatment of your customers. I am selling this lousy tv on Craigslist. Maybe someone who knows how to fix tvs can fix it. I will use the money to buy a new TV from a reputable company.
