After I had a very expensive simple repair on my lawn mower, tech broke a belt in process... He gave me a list of parts and estimate for that and clutch (wasn't previously broken either)... I didn't have it in my budget right then but told him Id let him know. Called a week later. NON ENGLISH SPEAKING idiot in Paraguay, scheduled an extra service call after I explained 20 times Not too because I just needed to order parts, etc. Guy shows up and Sears wants an extra 96 dollars for service call DUE to non english customer "service"... Will never use them again or shop there again!!!
