Ultra Kill Weed and Grass killer does not work after two applications the grass and weeds are still growing

Please don't use this product, it does not work. Chemsico seams not to care, I did not keep my receipt
so they said that they couldn't do anything. They don't seam to stand behind there product. They probably already know that it sucks.
