By careful when dealing with this company and franchise. This franchise utilizes open ended contracts with no cost estimates. I had a verbal agreement for the cost of a job and in the end they charged me almost 4 times the agreed amount. They specialize in taking advantage of homeowners who are desperate to mitigate water damage to their homes and then charge an outrageous price. Be sure to read the fine print of any paperwork they have you sign and make sure you have a quote in writing BEFORE they start work. A better idea is to find another contractor.
