In or around 4 windows were installed for 2 bedrooms in my home. The windows were not installed properly. This was determined after both bedrooms were gutted out and it was found that the wood was rotted under all 4 windows. My two young boys have been sharing a room with me for almost 2 years now due to the mold problem and I have finally saved up the 5K needed to renovate their rooms. After finding out the source of the mold, I called Allentown Window Pro's and found they are no longer in business. I was referred to James, at Green Eco Solutions. James advised me that his company is handling the warranty issues for Allentown Window Pro's. I explained the situation to James, that at this time, I am not looking for compensation for the damage caused from the faulty installation but that I request the windows are properly reinstalled so that I do not have future interior home damage.
