Alka India Pvt. Ltd and Ratan Lal are frauds and gallop all our hardeanred money. Booked the project in 2007 and still no possesion or refunds. Its been 3 years, filed a case in delhi court. Never turned up on any of the hearing. Now, no one picks up the phone in Pitam pura office. Might have fled from there. If anyone has his home address, please share. Help would be appreciated.
