I've approached work many times and also have required the eight pilings Olshan placed directly under my house be examined and altered as-needed since I have have sheetrock tugging from the wall above where many pilings were place in many years ago.
Somebody did come by. He didn't do any dimensions or did he consider the sheetrock problem, but explained I required 6-10 additional pilings (at $1100 each). Which was a few weeks before. I required a quotation for 3 new pilings but obtained a for 5 or 6 (do not recall) and that I requested to get a fresh estimate using the 3 we'd decided on. I never received this new estimate.
I wound up choosing a brand new business since I have could not appear to obtain a great reply type Olshan. I still need the previous pilings calculated and examined to make sure they're carrying out a correct work since I have have fresh difficulties with the sheetrock. I had been educated in a not too good method, that somebody might enter contact with me inside a day or two to setup the appt but there is no way anybody could be out to appear in to the pilings for all weeks. It's been per month and that Iam still awaiting anyone to contact me.
I must acknowledge that I'm really dissatisfied within the business and also the customer support I've obtained. I named Olshan first since which was who'd completed my past 7 pilings. Today I want I'd utilized another organization to start with.
