Thomas Papa said he would buy a house and be the lender for 10% down in September. He never followed through with his commitment. After seeing another complaint on this site I was compelled to voice my story. It follows the exact same story line. He is full of excuses. I am now taking the necessary steps make certain I get my money back. I also will make it my life mission to make sure it never happens again.
