We bought two of their cheap plastic gate openers. It was suppose to hold up a 1300 pound gate. Our gate was 500 pounds and was professionally installed. It did not last 3 months and broke all to peices. I mean like a cheap toy. WE call and got the same rude excuses as the other man on this Rip Off ...
