On February 3rd a Unlawful Detainer Lockout by the LA County Sheriffs Dept took place and was enforced at my longtime home at 7858 Melva Street Downey, Ca 90242. I had been fighting a Unlawful Detainer Action in Superior court.

This was because of my Attorney Rhonda K. Walker failed to Contest or Show up to Represent me
as contracted after a Fraudulently Filed default claim for Relief of Stay in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. Rhonda K. Walker was informed 4 days earlier and before the The Fraudulent claim was filed by Foothill Financial LP on July 2 which led to a fraudulently obtained "Relief of Stay" on July 8 that illegally allowed Foothill Financial Lp to sell my home of over 37 years at a Foreclosure Sale on July 15

I had to fight the Unlawful Detainer Action due to my Attorney Rhonda K. Walker left me abandoned and avoided me for weeks after already being paid. Attorney Walker avoided me for days after and intentionally left me with no legal representation. I had to learn the law and represent myself because the court will not appoint any representation or offer any legal representation in a foreclosure case (civil).

I was able to defend myself against the party HPHC Properties llc. Which had paid only $60,000 to my 2nd Lender Foothill Financial LP of the $120,000 note. I was able to defend myself in Superior Court to hold off the Writ of Execution to obtain Possession of my home from July 15th - February 3rd. 2011. At the same time I had to also try to defend myself in US Bankruptcy Court Central District of California.

When the Writ of Execution for Possession was enforced by the La County Sheriffs Dept on February 3 I had almost all of my personal belongings still in the home as I had been filing motions with the Appellate Court to attempt to obtain a "Stay of Execution" of the Unlawful Detainer lock out.

Under California Civil Code after a Unlawful Detainer Lockout the Landlord/Owner must allow at least 15 days from th Lock out of February 3rd for the owner of the personal items inside the property to make arrangements to retrieve them... Even if the items were not retrieved in 15 days the law clearly states the personal items would have to stored at a reasonable charge after 18 days if valued over $300. A reasonable storage fee would have to be paid to the Landlord/Owner to retrieve the personal items.

The parties responsible are all licensed by the state licensing board and the california dept of real estate. They are all aware of the laws involving eviction and unlawful detainer and had to be tested to obtain the license. And the process and civil codes regarding handling a personal belongings after a eviction.

On February 14... (Only 11 days after the February 3 lockout date at the 7858 Melva Street Downey, Ca property and after emails were sent prior to make pick up arrangements) HPHC Properties LLC, and US National Realty and their members and officers Ligun Wang, Alicia Yu, Fei Phillip HSU gave the Deliberate order to begin destroying nearly ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF MY HOME OF OVER 37 years.

Nearly everything... I owned from: oak tables, oak dressers, beds, china pictures dinette set, couches, china cabinet with collectable glassware were maliciously intentionally destroyed with my own sledge hammers and axes. Most of our clothing was destroyed by pouring motor oil all over the clothing. Our families unreplacable priceless sentimental photo albums and pictures of my family, my child, my mom and dad, and grandparents. Trashed, oil poured on or torn up and now are literally gone forever!

My machinist tools and extensive craftsman hand and numerous other power tools flat out stolen.

"i cannot believe that that in a civilized society that human beings that are supposedly licensed in the real estate business can do this another human beings and be this inhumane. And think they can get away with doing such a malicious act".

" so help me god" i will not let the parties that are responsible hphc properties llc, alicia yu, ligun wang us national realty get away with these intentional malicious illegal actions... And i will not stop until justice is served to all involved parties responsible to make sure that this kind of deliberate destruction upon families and good hardworking people... Never happens again!
