We bought a Poulan weedeater from Conns. It started to have problems within a few months, so we took it in to get fixed. It took several weeks because they lost it and then they tried to give us someone else weedeater & it was a different brand.
We finally got ours back it still did not run right. They brought a "new" one to our house. Throttle cable & the carburetor needed work which i did myself. The trimmer head was missing we recived that part a week later by a shipping company.
On August 29 we bought a Frigidaire side by side fridge/freezer, with a extended 5 year warranty. On June 26 it started to stop cooling & water coming out of the frezzer side, lost a bunch of food cause it happened overnight, no power outages. It took several days to get any one here to fix it. They replaced the compresser a few days later it stopped cooling again, and again lost food. They replaced the control panel. A few days again it stopped cooling. They came out yet again & worked on for about one&a half hours. It finally started to work. We yet to recive our check for our spoiled food. Conns called & said to pick out another fridge/freezer. We will LOSE our MONEY on our extended warranty & or pay more for new fridge/frezzer, or take one that is to small for our family of 5 needs. Conns has done nothing but give us the runaround & LIES! The problem is yet ongoing as of Saturday July 17
