Fter a month finally did the guy tells me it was a chemical balance problem so i reminded him mine was only 8 months old he said he has seen them go bad in 3 weeks! Seems like they would make something a little stronger than that. But the main thing is i kept my chemicals within their limits!
Do not buy a pool heater from these people!!! They sell pool heaters at very high prices (i paid $1800 for mine) but they use parts that dont last. My pool heater is only 8 months old and the heat exchanger is bad. A new exchanger will be $900. But will still go bad again.
It took me a month to finally get to talk to the warranty guy. Out of all their phone numbers the warranty phone number from there website says it has been disconnected!!! When i did get to talk to the warranty guy (jack Zurich) he said he has seen them go bad in 3 weeks. Seems to me they would use something stronger. I have documented everything so i do have records of every phone call and email.
