I bought stainless steel tiles for a kitchen project from this company. The first purchase went OK but I needed to purchase more tiles and my order has been "in process" on their website now for a month. I tried to reach someone by phone - no one answers the phone and they do not return voicemessages. I have sent several emails and they do not respond to emails. I called the Better Business Bureau and they have had multiple complaints lodged by consumers and the Bureau says the company has not responded to a single complaint. I found the video I saw for the company on YouTube and I posted my experience as a comment to the video and they removed my comment and blocked me from posting on their channel - so they are still in business. I have contacted HGTV about my experience and so far haven't heard a thing - the company has HGTV's video proudly displayed on their website and HGTV also links to their website. Horrible experience - I'm now going to have to rip out the tile I've installed and go with a more reputable manufacture
