We paid Itzick almost 15K to remodel the kitchen (including cabinets, granite, electrical and plumbing) - the 1st payment was up front on Dec 21. Six weeks later Robert Bulnes, his associate, asked for the second payment as they said they were ready to install the new kitchen. Itzick committed to an installation process of 1 week, ending on Feb 16 with the final inspection.
We paid them in full. They demolished the old kitchen on Feb 8 and they put up a few rough looking cabinets (see attached photo as of today) without any doors or finishing, and they have not shown up since - no cabinet doors, finishing, knobs, countertops, tiles, plumbing, etc. We have called them multiple times, and they have either lied on when they were planning to show up, or they hung up on us.
It has been over 30 days since we lost the old kitchen, and have been stranded without a kitchen ever since.
