Ordered several pieces of their bath fittings. I waited many months for the orders to arrive after being promised through email and phone conversations these had been shipped. Found out 4 months later that bath fittings had only been shipped one month prior to when my company received them. Freight and export was charged and they over charged me for taxation on items because they had issues in India with the tax man. So they put that on my shipment. After many delays and delaying tactics by Ajanta people I finally received the products for sale.
We tested these products before putting them on the showroom floor and to which the pressure in the valves were wrong and did not conform to standard and pressure for my area as promised when I sent my initial inquiry for their products. I was ensured all fit and conformed to standards.
Contacted Mr Narinder Singh who promised he would send more of the product if I sent the product back to him. This would be sent free of cost. Product went back, again another 3 months later still no replacement product as promised and no refund of the money I spent on the shipment! Mr Singh performed delaying tactics everytime I called having his son speak to me instead of him. I finally had to get forceful and inform them I would lodge a complaint with the ISO commission. Taps were sent as replacement but I only received 1/3 of the order and nothing so far for the rest.
These taps have scratches on them and I cannot sell to my customers.
Buyer and importers beware of Ajanta Electricals in Phagwara! Horrid customer services and the owner, Narinder Singh is a racist man. When I lodged my final complaint with them he called me several filthy names and hung up. He is a liar and a thief!
