SHAW Floor makes all kinds of floor. They don't stand behind their items. We bought a number of their laminate. We found several faulty items within the container. Whenever we attempted to come back them for trade or credit, SHAWis reaction was we're able to be prepared to obtain a item or two of faulty item once we buy their goods. I expected to get a partial reimbursement or an exchange. I had been educated when it had been just a few items, they'd not support. We'd have to come up with a complete container of faulty items to ensure that them to remain behind their goods. Are you kidding me. Their reaction really was, "Its not faulty enough to allow them to treatment. EXCELLENT was to complete business.
