Had Shaw Glowing Shine floor fitted within our new house in Sept. DON'T actually opt for the corporation. The toughest floor I've ever endured! It's designed to possess a 20-year guarantee. They don't endure their guarantees. Within the last six months I've many places where the ground is cracking, the bones are separating, one overlapped region, and bubbled up laminate.
They sent an "impartial ground inspector" who mentioned the chips were from products "being fallen onto it", the divided bones was the "problem of the specialist" and mentioned the bubbled up floor "CAn't be observed from the ranking situation" that will be completely false - since that's exactly how we observed it within the first place.
Really dissatisfied with the corporation. They do not wish to consider any obligation due to their defective, low quality floor. Don't trust Shaw. I want I'd have read the rest of the grievances prior to going with that organization. Consumer beware! The BBB is likely to be notifed next.
