My family and I requested information about one of their pools. They would offer no information over the phone and insisted a sales-person pay us a visit. When we refused they continued to call for over 2 weeks even after my mother and grandfather told them repeatedly to not call anymore.
July third there was a death in the immediate family and a lady kept calling that day after I had told her twice not to call that same day! I told her there was a death in the family. She called back again to argue with me that we were the ones who requested information. Then, I explained, yet again, we were definitely not interested and I hung up phone. She called back atleast five times that afternoon and would hang up when we would answer the phone.
This is some of the worst consumer relations I've ever experienced. They may be even worse than bellsouth!!
