Considering Getting Our Attorney Involved - Nordic Track Treadmill

We'll never purchase anything from Nordic Trac or and extended warranty from UTS again. For 6 months we've been waiting for a left front endcap to arrive so the technician can fix our treadmill. That's half a year! Initially we were told the part was backordered. When it finally arrived it was a right part, not a left. We waited for the correct part, and it was a right again. Finally they said they obviously had a problem and would do a "bin check." After waiting weeks, I called them to find out the status. They said the bin check had been done, yet no one ever bothered to let us know and send the correct part. The company said they'd send out the correct part. A right endcap arrived again. Another bin check was done taking weeks. Then we were told the part was backordered once again. I persisted in calling back, and the company finally told me the part had arrived but was being "painted." It's February now and the part finally arrived, yet once again it's a right endcap rather than the left we've been waiting for since last September. It seems we may have to get our attorney involved to get this resolved.
