LYNN ELDEMAN of COLUMBUS ROOFING INC.in COLUMBUS OHIO meet myself CLAYTON because i was doing sub-work for a company.
LYNN talked to me and did so every time i would show up to his job he told me that he liked my work and had more properties that he would like for me to do.
So i gave him my number to go look @ these properties and he then started talking about going into biusness and kept on me for eight months finally it sounded good so i went into partnership with lynn which is now columbus roofing.
He got his lawyer involved and all the papers and it looked to be all good. Until 12-03 when he said the company was not making any money after the building and ovewrhead he said we needed was being payed.
So he asked me to sign over the company so that the taxes would roll over on to his other companies and when the company started making money he would sign it back. That way himself and my self would not have to close shop. Again the talk sound good so.
I did it and afet that thing seem to go good until march rolled around and buisness was booming and he was still claiming the company still was not making money so he did not yet want to sell me back my part of the company but he would tell me i was still owner and president.
Well i ask to see the books and he said it would take a few weeks because his accounting firm out of saint troy would have to perpare them for me needless to say i never got them even though i kept asking.
Finally thing where starting not making since. He would get cash from customers and never report it he would go buy tools etc. From pawn shops and other places and say he did the job for those items and stick the rest of the money in his pocket.
He allowed one of his friends work out of columbus roofing building and did not care that he was not licesne or anything but charging columbus roofing for all bills, he also ran his one of his other companies out of there.
He hired people to work for columbus roofing but had them doing buisness at same time for his other companies and payed them from columbus roofing payroll.
Finally he started get locks and thing changed, would leave state/country alot telling me he went to go get the books togather then come back and say they where not ready.
As i stated seeing things going on that was not right, putting 40'000.-60,000.in the bank and him telling me there where no money still being made i knew something was wrong.
As i started opening my eyes he told me i had to go, and he had the books so messed up with his other companies no one would be able to figure them out so could not prove any kind of fraud and i went in with starting this company having my own truck, tools, and roofing license.
COME OUT WITH ONLY MY ROOFING LICENSE, because i did not like the wrong doing by the company. My truck was totaled because he wanted mw to allow employees to use my truck in the beginning and it was involved in aqn accident and did not get enough back for a man that made nothing on the dollar to buy another truck and my tools came up stolen, and did not want to report it because of insurance prices.
So, withdrawled my license from the company and will one day try on my own.
LYNN ELDEMAN is now working the company on no licenses or permits and believes he can do this because he stated he has money he could not spend in a life time and money talks. There for he will pay his way out of trouble.
Here is were i say the rich get richer on the poor mans dollar.
He doesnot care for his customers or employees he will fed you a line and hook you and then you know the rest...
