After paying them over 21,000.00 for work, a new group from Boules claimed the partnership had broken up and I should try to get my money back from the state fund. I am left 21,000.00 broke, a bare roof that has no metal on it that I paid for, no building permit and possible violations piling up.
The new people are Rafael Estrada, Jason Whitehall, James Jabazz, Neil Paulson in the group and at least two of those are probably aliases. They totally fooled the State using a roofing license from NY, bogus insurance companies and new company names. They generate bogus letters of reference. Humphries and Whitehall have reformed as Florida State Roofing Services.
Advice: Stay away from any roofing company with Florida State in the name. They are probably all the same. The only thread you will find is Humphries and his name will be on no papers. He will claim to be a salesman with no vested interest in the companies.
